Smell- weak, some malt, hops, bit of smoke, hard to tell Foam- thin, soft, some sourness, sour notes all over, some bitterness too, bit acidic feel. Medium large to large foam, not too thick, but seems active and sticky (To sides). Color is creamy white with yellow notes. Appearance- hazy, quite light orange amber, Taste- sourness, weak sweetness, weak bitterness, some citrus notes, some hops, aftertaste sour, hops, bitterness. Not my type of beer.

On tap at Taka, pours a clear pale blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out straw, biscuity malt and cereal grains. Flavour is clean and bitter, with biscuity malt, some astringent hops, and cereal malts. Nothing special here, just a generic mass industrial lager.

Pours clear orange, just a bit of foam. Herbal nose, willow peels and some malt underneath. Taste is malty and a bit vile. Sourish, I guess you can drink it but why.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, pale amber with a white head. Tart, yoghurt-like aroma. Light body, tart and clearly infected with some sort of lactobacillus, but since it’s a traditional farmhouse ale, I assume it could be standard for the style. Not completely gross, but hard to think off as not a beer flaw. Also a slightly citrusy tartness. Somehow interesting. 200618
