Description
The Roue Libre Brewery is the fruit of the passion of a solid team of happy Strasbourg brewers. After having participated for many years in the development of famous Alsatian micro-breweries, and having learned so much there, David and Stéphane get closer and decide to found together a rather special micro-brewery: a Brewpub! This small English-speaking name designates a warm place in which the activities of artisanal micro-breweries and beer bistros blend perfectly. Beer is our passion, brewing our motivation. Brewed and served on draft in a unique place where the brewing and cycling arts come together in every corner.

Tap at the brewpub. Bit hazy bright golden. Sweet malts, light floral hops, quite yeasty, light crackers, peach. Quite true to the style, bit a bit simple. Good thing is it's also light in alcohol so it's quite drinkeable.
