Taster at Brew Bistro & Lounge, Nairobi. Almost clear, gold colored. AROMA- citrusy, lemon peel, tree bark, touch of pine. FLAVOR- neutral, bitter, bitter tree bark, pine, citrusy, herbal. Medium bodied. Tasty.

Draught @ Brew Bistro Roodtop, Nairobi (7/18/19). Faintly cloudy yellow with large creamy white head, faint doughy aroma, medium carbonation, mildly hoppy rich malt taste, thin body, abrupt finish. Fresh malty brew, not bad at all.

Draught @ Makuti Bar/Intercontinental Hotel (7/13/19). Clear pale yellow with foamy off-white head, doughy aroma, high carbonation, bitter malty taste with floral hops, thin body, long finish. Not bad.

Draught @ Makuri Bar/Intercontinental Hotel, Nairobi (7/13/19). Faintly cloudy pale yellow with foamy white head, sweetish malt aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter doughy taste, thin body, abrupt finish. Not a good pilsner, mediocre as a lager.

Draught@ Makuti bar, Intercontinental Hotel. Clear brown with copper highlights, creamy beige head, caramel malt aroma, adequate carbonation, medium bitter caramel malt taste with faint spicy flavor, thin body, long finish. Decent, but a bit thin in body.

Bottle. Golden color, almost clear. Aroma: exotic, slightly flower-spicy hops, light fruitiness and spices. Taste: bitter, light fruitiness, some spices, decent hop bitterness with spicy and earthy notes.

Bottle. Dark brown color, brownish foam,. Aroma: roasted barley, roasted malt, dried fruit, tobacco and prunes, light smoke. Taste: roasted, tobacco ash and burnt prunes, roasted malt, light yeast acidity, caramel.
