Draught at the source: so while this is an amber lager, the brewer stressed that he views it as a biere de garde. Pours amber with a white head. Aroma is lightly fruity, earthy brett, malty. Taste is funky, lightly sour, slightly sweet. The biere de garde comparison makes sense, but slightly funkier.
