Reviewed from notes.
Can to becher glass.
Appearance: dark murky orange almost brown in color with a two finger white foamy head which dissipated nicely to leave some light lace
Aroma: semi-citrusy to grassy to floral and light oranges with lemons, super light malts
Flavor: blends the prior noted aromas to a fine bittersweet quality; finishes slightly juicy with floral to orangey hop tones
Texture: light to medium bodied, sessionable, semi-low carb, smooth with some floral hop bitterness
Overall: nicely done IPA somewhere between an American styled one and a New England styled one.

Can. An unclear yellow beer with a lazing beige head. The aroma has notes of hops, citrus fruits, malt, and straw. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, citrus fruits, pine needles, petroleum, and malt, leading to a bitter finish.

Can sourced from Himmeriget, shared with the family in Hammel - hazy golden yellow pour with a white head. Sweet fruity with some notes of grapefruit and lemon, zesty citrus peel, medium body, solid hoppy finish. Tasty. --- Beer merged from original tick of Kaaterskill IPA on 26 Mar 2025 at 07:36 - Score: 7
