15/6/2024. Bottle from Norwich Arts Centre fundraiser following World Beer Awards. Shared at Malilla GP. Pours clear, dark amber brown with a small off-white head. Aroma is toffee, malts, biscuit, dried fruits, fruit cake, orange, very slight smoky edge. Quite sweet, mild bitterness. Moderate body, average carbonation.

355 ml bottle. Cloudy dark brown with a creamy head. Clove, banana, caramel, toffee. Dry malty sweetness. Medium bodied, oily creamy texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry roasty malty banana finish. Quite good authentic Dunkelweizen, true to the style.

Refrigerated 355 ml brown bottle poured into a glass. Cloudy medium brown with medium off-white head. Aroma ma is cocoa, light body, lower carbonation, and little lacing. Taste is cocoa and tangy.

Bottled at Taba Sports Bar, Mexico City Airport. Cloudy dark brown, rich head. Fruity, caramelly nose. Mid sweet with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Caramel and banana, notes of orange. Low bitterness. Mild, caramelly and overall functional.

Draught @ Albion, NYC. Murky reddish brown with very small creamy beige head, very faint caramel aroma, low carbonation, mildly bitter watery caramel taste, thin body, abrupt finish. Feels very weak and watery.

Some rust and a little lime. Pours dark amber with good head and lacing. Light tangy end. Ok but not much going on. Bottle.

Dark brown colored, hazy, medium off white to beige head, OK lasting. Aroma is of light roast, toasted malt, wheat, bready, yeasty phenolic cloves, not a lot of banana. Taste is medium sweet malt and wheat, bit of chocolate, toasted bread, bready finish, moderate cloves, light banana, light bitterness, dryish finish. Medium bodied, soft+ carbonation, bit oily. Not bad.

Bottle. Amber-brown beer with a low dark tan head. Roast aroma. Roast and light wheat flavor with citrus and light cocoa. Medium bodied. Light caramel and light roast linger with light wheat and light citrus.
