Today, we offer an expansive portfolio of brew styles including: IPAs, Ales, Sours, Lagers, Stouts, Porters and Bourbon Barrel aged beers. Our beer is brewed using only the finest grains, like barley, wheat, and oats and a wide range of flavorful hops.
Tap at Stagshead Cricket Hill night. Pours orange with white head and soft nose of tropical fruit. tastes of light fruitness, pine, and mild spicing. crisp and well carbonated this is a standard albeit refreshing ale.
From a bottle smells like old lager. Lots of c02,and taste is just like it smells. I’m surprized its not a lager but a amber ale. Again, the co2 effect on th palate is just lovely. Fun & nice in the sizzling effect. Otherwise, without the co2 I would have given this a 2. Rather strong finish but it seems to be from the alky and not any hops.
Bottle sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Yael. Hazy golden. Hoppy aroma with overripe fruits, herbal and floral notes and a bit of yeast. Flavor of fruity and floral hops, light sweetish malt notes and a bitter finish. Light to medium-bodied. Nice and quaffable.
Bottle. Woody bourbon and chocolate malt aroma. Dark brown with giant head. Oak and light chocolate malt. Mild bourbon and bitter finish. Very light - easy drinking.
Bottle. Strong oak and light boozy bourbon aroma. Black with a large tan head. Earthy oaky bourbon with a little bitterness in the finish. Body on the light side of medium, lively carbonation.
