growler-pours a rich to rocky brown heat that laces and black color. Aroma is dark malt-molasses/chocolate, roasty/nutty. Taste is dark malt-coffee/molasses/chocolate, roasty/nutty, secondary hops bite. not my style. Full body. 2.7 With some fudge, nicer to my taste, although it becomes somewhat thinner mouth feel and less coffee dominant. 2.9

Tap at Barcade - a pretty boring beer - some grassy, piney aroma, but not much else - the flavor is more that of a highly-hopped pils than an IPA - weak malt presence - probably a good BBQ beer, but there are much better ones to spend your money on.

12 oz bottle-pours a thin white head, light amber color. Mild aroma. Drinking this beer has a bit of a thick feel, taste is hoppy with a nice alcohol bite. Mild in class is how the brewer describes their beers, and I would agree with this one. rerate-@GBof A-PA-on tap

This wasn't nearly as bad as the cheap-looking label led me to believe it would be. Pours a clear amber color with a very thin light beige head. Little to no lacing. Light aroma of hops. The flavor is very crisp and hoppy, with a tiny bit of malt as well. The finish is borderline harsh and lasting with its hoppy bite. Slightly above average overall.
