Pours a hazy russet brown, head dissipates, no lacing or ring. Big ginger flavor, a little overwhelming, some molasses sweetness in the mouth but well-balanced with a bright lime juice. Very light and slightly acidic. Good beer.

Can (7/13/21) pour. It's an opaque dark yellow with trace sparkle, white floaties in suspension and yeast at the bottom of the glass, 2-finger width white fluffy head with good retention and patchy soapy lacing. Aroma is strong lemony citrus. Taste follows aroma with late light cracker balance. Mouthfeel is light side of light-to-medium bodied with thin texture, average-to-lively carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, a bit hazy for a traditional IPA and the flavor is on the juicy side but neither so strong nor varied enough to be a great NEIPA. No new ground. It's Citra. Just OK.

Pours a slightly hazy gold from a can, overly-carbonated, lots of lacing. Piney aroma and flavor, but rather light, a bit of lemony finish. Good beer, was expecting a bigger hit of evergreen notes though.

Can (2/25/21) pour from Table and Vine, W. Springfield. It's a cloudy, pale light brown-dark yellow with some nasty large chunks of yeast falling to the bottom and other floaties in suspension but decent sparkle and 2-finger width white, rocky foam head with good retention and decent lacing that works to offset it. Aroma is moderately strong lemon citrus with mix of sweet and tart fruit. Taste is strong tart and sweet fruit (unripe pineapple?); yeasty. Mouthfeel is light-to-medium bodied with smooth texture, soft carbonation and crisp finish as taste. Overall, this has a bit of a farmhouse/saison quality to it that I'm not really loving. Yeast chunk appearance is a bit grim.

Grabbed from brewery feel like I hadn’t had oyster stout in awhile. Fine black pour and few finger head, pretty. Nose is light ash and chocolate. Tastes of dark chocolate, campfire, touch of brine (subdued), perhaps red fruit. Smooth palate. Easy drinking and tasty.
