Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits an opaque dull gold body that supports a nice white head of foam. The aroma offers up grapefruit, a sliver of mango and then some malt nuanced spicy earthy onion and floral like hoppiness. Nice. The taste delivers loads of juicy mango, tangelo and grapefruit juicy hoppiness heading into bitter citrus and bitter spicy danky hops. Solid thick chewy deep hoppy brew.

Lightly hazy golden with a white top. Grainy with mild hop notes. Finish has 98% of the hops. Bitter end. Decent.

Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits a fully hazy opaque dull yet glowing papery gold body that supports a nice white head of foam. The aroma offers up inviting fresh juicy tangelo, grapefruit, clementine and then a dash of tangerine. Yes. The taste delivers a momentary rush of fresh juicy bitter tangelo, pineapple and clementine hoppiness. It maintains more hop bitterness than juicy flavor hops as a thin juicy tangy tangerine sensation bubbles to the surface. Into the finish it picks up a mild sense of cracker like maltiness that really pulls this together. Pretty dange solid.

8.5/10 β€” Appearance 10 Aroma 8 Flavor 8 Texture 8 Overall 9
Poured up on tap at the brewpub where it exhibits an opaque glowing dull gold body that supports a nice white head of foam that leaves behind some spotty lacing. The aroma offers up tangelo, pineapple and clementine citrus hoppiness with a malt sweetened smelling orange juice note in the background. The taste delivers juicy and modestly bitter citrus hop goodness with tangelo, nectarine, grapefruit and perfectly ripe clementine juicy hop flavor. This is Slammin' as a great hop bitter to juicy hop flavor play is created.
