Description
We create our own beer recipes – with homemade malt (BOM means Belgische Originele Moutbakkerij or Belgian Original Maltbakery) forming the basis for a secret composition of ingredients, called a “BOM package” – that we brew according to the principles of a gypsy-brewery. The Triporteur beers are our point of departure and our basic beers. Besides those, we also launch a special beer line with once-off products.

Bottle online from Beerhouseshop.be. Pours a very very dark brown almost black colour with a reddish hue and a medium to large sized thick creamy beige head. Aromas of dry dark fruits, plums, roasted malts, toasty brown bread, wood and a hint of leather. Taste has more dry dark fruits, plums, caramel, spice, with just a hint of wood, leather, chocolate, brown sugar and roasty notes. Medium to full body with a smooth slightly oily mouthfeel. Very nice Quad.

Bottle online from Beerhouseshop.be. Pours very very dark brown almost black with a large thick creamy beige head. Aromas of roasted malts, dark fruits, coffee, chocolate and bread. Taste has the same notes as the aroma with a little added brown sugar and a nice burnt roasty finish. Light to medium body and a fairly smooth and slightly oily mouthfeel. Nice one.

Bottle online from Beerhouseshop.be. Pours a hazy light golden colour with a large throthy white head. Aromas of citrus fruits, orange, lemon and lime, peppery spice and floral. Taste has the same notes as the aroma. Light body, lively fizzy mouthfeel and citrus and spicy finish. Refreshing summery beer.

A golden beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has fruitness, fresh and dried, apricot, perry, some spicyness. Taste has drid fruits, but it's fresh, some spicyness. Medium+ bodied. More dried fruits and richness as usually. Good beer.

Thanks to Jef V. for this nice beer. Roasted malts, caramel and toffee. Faint chocolate flavors, good balance.
