Twin Elephant Brewing Company is founded by three partners with the dream of turning their passion for brewing craft beers into an exciting shared adventure with the local community. Scott McLuskey & Tim Besecker have been homebrewing together for over 10 years starting, like most folks do, in the garage and for the last 5 years Cindy DeRama has joined the crew with a proclivity for recipe formulation using unique ingredients. Throughout the years we have honed our craft, learning and practicing the artistry and science of brewing. All three of us have entrepreneurial experience through both education and acting as key cogs in several small businesses throughout the years.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: very nice looking hazy burnt orange with a two and a half finger-ed white foamy head, good pace of dissipation, subtle sliding lace
Aroma: cantaloupe/melon and grassy-like hops
Flavor: bittersweet tones through the prior mentioned aromas, melon-like aftertaste
Texture: medium bodied, good sipping quality due to some hop grip, melony finish
Overall: for the most part this is a nicely done DIPA worthy of returning to.

16 ounce can from Libby’s Liquors. Hazy yellow gold pour. Finger-high white head. Tangy wheat malt aroma has honeyish notes. Flavor is light, bready malt. Mild fruity notes hint at pear, lemon and white grapes. Lightly carbonated. Soft, subtle mouthfeel. Very refreshing.
Real fruity, perfume. Decent. Thanks NFB!
Orange, mango, dank, and juiced like Barry Bonds. Ace.
Not much competitiveness in today’s Champions League matches.

Opaque, medium head. Sweetish, soft body, touch of floral accent. Decent, if lacking bitterness.
