Draught at Gambrinus, 11/16/17.
Lightly-to-moderately hazy, brass-golden-bronze with a small white head showing moderate retention.
Bits of pine and strong citrus allow for a healthy amount of juiciness as cracker and biscuit malts sit in the background. A bit of resin, but not too much, with no alcohol or flaw. Very clean yeast fermentation, well-lagered and fairly aromatic.
Soft, fairly malty, though still quite dry and with a healthy bitterness featuring citrus prominently. Light pine, nectarine and some sweet lime and mango lead to a malt-graced finish with more nectarine and lemon lingering.
