Courtesy of KyotoLefty. 35 cl. can sampled @ decadent symmetry tasting. Pours clear white with some white bubbles for a head. Nose is sweet citrus, murky, white yeast, cat piss hops, hay. Taste is sweet citrus, yeast which feels DE, bitter, bitter herbs, slight lemon sweetness, hay, touch hops, hint grapefruit hay, bitter herbs in the back. Hazy body. Quite odd but rather enjoyable, a nice view upon Japan.

At a tasting, thanks Tom, quite clear and deep orange colour, aroma of soy, misu cubes, nuts and maybe a hint of shitake, flavour of candy, nuts, oxidised notes amd a hint of soy, strange sourness, feels umami. Interesting and original but quite difficult to drink.

Can sample at a tasting at Naama’s place. Thanks Naama. Clear golden. Malt, candies, fruitiness, citric and piney hops, a bit stale. Flavor has some malt sweetness, a bit of caramel and citric hops bitterness. Medium-bodied. Could be fresher, but still alright. Fresher than last time. 5/3/6/3/13=3

Can sample at a tasting at Dancing Camel. Thanks Tom L. Hazy amber. Aroma of malt, a bit honey-ish, weird soy notes, and hops, pretty stale, a bit floral and piney. Slightly sweetish malty flavor with a bit of weird umami notes and finish with some stale hops. Medium-bodied. 5/3/5/3/10=2.6

Can thanks to KyotoLefty. It pours clear amber with a small white head. The nose is orange sponge cake, light sweetness, faint citrus, toast and a hint of spice. The taste is bitter-sweet, earthy, brown bread, light spice, metallic and some bitterness towards the finish. Light-medium body and high carbonation. Ok, but not much going on.
