Jet black with a decent light brown head. Dark roast coffee and toast with a light hint of banana. Banana, coffee and some nice roast.

Lemon meringue Clearish yellow with a decent white head. Lemon and vanilla. Lemon, vanilla and a light clean finish. No brine but pleasant pastry notes.
