Drought. Tried at second place of Istmo Brewpub near Sheraton. Rich yellow color with spongy off white head, slight citrus aroma, lightly sour fruity taste, low carbonation, long finish. Not a bad brew.

Smells yeast, a little like a Belgian ale. The guy told me this was a mix of the cocle and the colon. Not sure what he meant by that - whether he just mixed them together. He did say there were only two taps working at the time. Anyway, it definitely tastes like a mix of the other two. Aftertaste is a little smoky like whatever was in the tap before Colon. Pours brownish. On tap at brewpub.

Not sure what this is supposed to be but it tastes super smoky. I suspect they didn’t clean their taps well before switching them out. Pours pretty pale/clear blond. Also smells a little like floral hops. Light bitterness at end. Very carbonated with bubbly head and some lacing. Actually preferred this to the other two beers I tried here. On tap at brewpub.

Clear yellow color, small white head. Honey, sweet wort in aroma. Light to medium bodied. Honey, some citrus, a bit grainy flavor. Short, sweet finish. Uninspiring, but honey is not at least too attacking here. If I understood correctly, this was brewed for their oktoberfest.

Not sure about the style. Clear amber color, steady off-white head. Aroma is a bit herbal, malty, also vegetables in the nose. Medium-bodied. Caramel, malts, slightly more alcoholic flavor than the other Istmo brews.
