Cask @ Euston Tap East. Golden with a bubbly head. It’s a light textured pale ale with a fair nose for its style, but lacking a little in taste.

(Cask at Lyric, Soho, London, 24 April 2017) Golden colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with notes of citrus, pineapple and grass. Malty, fruity taste with citrus, tropical fruit, grass, soft malt and a balanced citric bitterness. Light body, with a touch of sweetness. Fresh and tasty, highly drinkable. Quite nice.

Cask at the Southampton Arms, London on 23rd August 2016. Deep amber with off-white foam and scant lacing. Peel citrus aroma. Citric liquid pass with bitter orange peel and rich malts. A savoury touch. Bitterness, citrus peel and nuttiness in finish. Full bodied with an engaging texture. A great ’finishing’ pint.
