(Bottle) Pale golden colour with no head. Fruity nose with red apples, orange, honey, a touch of marzipan and almonds. Fruity taste with apples, orange, grass, honey and nuts. Medium body, dry. Generous fruity acidity. Clean, crisp and tasty. Well made and very nice.

Keg at Nyköping Brewing, Nyköping. Hazy deep golden, small head. Tart nose with some yeasty funk and citrus. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Mildly citric with appleskins, Granny Smith and citrus. Mild appleskin bitterness. Interesting and refreshing.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Almost clear blushing golden. Concentrated aroma of sweet apples. Sweetwith medium to full body and rounded, somewhat viscous mouthfeel. Rather intense citric acidity counteracts the concentrated apple sweetness. Slightly puckering bitterness with mild apple skin bitterness.
