Flaska från SB, årgång 2018. Doftar av werthers, smörkola, skyrt smör, svamp, karamell, som en iscider. Mjuk munkänsla, ingen kolsyra, mjuk men fin fatkaraktär. Smaken mer stram och syrlig, mer äppeljuice. Äppelskal, fruktsyra, ek, vita druvor, stall. Lätt, elegant, gott.

750ml wired cork bottle. Opened with a loud pop. Golden amber colour, fizzy white foam head and aroma of juicy apple, caramel. Taste is sweet, juicy, apple, fleshy, alittle skin and core, with some sugary notes and caramel & citric hints. Juicy mouthfeel, medium bodied, soft carbonation, sweet finish. Quite drinkable.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Hazy pale golden, small head. Floral nose with with breadth of apple tones. Mid dry with medium body and well rounded mouthfeel. Piney with complex, rich apple flavour. Lightly citric finish.

ABV: 8.5%. Clear medium amber orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is apple, rich, concentrated, alcohol, baked apple. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average duration, apple, intense, tart apple, baked apple, rich, concentrated apple. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is flat, finish feel is dry and warming. [20200111]
