Bottle 8.5% @ Højbjerg tasting. No head. Color is amber. Aroma and taste are rich intense apples, fruits, little alcohol and has a nice warming finish.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Slightly hazy pale yellow colour, no lasting head and aroma of woody oak, tart apple, funky. Taste is fruity, apple, white wine, citric, with some woody oak and light mellow bretty funk. Medium bodied, low carbonation, dry citric finish. Nicely drinkable.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Deep orangey gold colour, white foam head that dissipates away and aroma of sweet apple, tart flesh, woody oak, vanilla. Taste is sweet, juicy apple then tart, wood, vanilla, oaky with alittle citric and light tannins. Medium bodied, low carbonation, semi-dry slightly acidic finish. Nicely drinkable

11/12/2019. Bottle sample courtesy of danlo, cheers Ed! Pours clear dark gold with a short lasting frothy white head. Aroma of sweet apples, raw pastry, toffee apple, citrus, biscuit, hint of apricot liquor and a slight play-dough edge. Medium plus sweetness, very light tartness. Medium body, sticky texture, bit above average carbonation. Nice tart and sweet mix to finish. Enjoyable.

750ml screw-cap bottle from Scrattings, as Pomologik Volatil. Golden amber colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, woody hint. Taste is initially sweet, fleshy apple, fruity and floral notes, with some skin and tartness. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

Taste is leafy & woody birch, juicy apple, with some herbal bitter notes. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, semi-dry leafy finish. Interesting, quite drinkable.

Taste is sweetish, fleshy apple, fruity, apple pie, caramel, citric with some soft tannin. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, medium to soft carbonation, drying slightly tart concentrated apple finish. Nicely drinkable.
