750ml screw-cap bottle from Scrattings, as Pomologik Volatil. Golden amber colour, afew short-lived bubbles on top and aroma of fruity apple, woody hint. Taste is initially sweet, fleshy apple, fruity and floral notes, with some skin and tartness. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, low carbonation, drying finish. Quite drinkable.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Golden amber colour, bubbly white head that slowly dissipates to a foamy ring and aroma of birch wood, apple, herby. Taste is leafy & woody birch, juicy apple, with some herbal bitter notes. Medium bodied, low to medium carbonation, semi-dry leafy finish. Interesting, quite drinkable.

750ml bottle from Scrattings. Orangey amber-gold colour, white foam head that dissipates to a thin rim and aroma of apple pie, caramel, pastry. Taste is sweetish, fleshy apple, fruity, apple pie, caramel, citric with some soft tannin. Slick mouthfeel, medium bodied, medium to soft carbonation, drying slightly tart concentrated apple finish. Nicely drinkable.
