Bottled@SBWF2018. Yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is citrus, some wheat and mild herbal tones. Flavour is citrus, some earth, mild wheat, spices and sugary tones.

Etter et par innledende runder med fat- og boksøl nærmer jeg meg slutten på planken Drink Local (6x12cl) på Beerhouse on Long, Cape Town feb-20: grågul, mudderaktig og direkte uappetittelig utssende. Ufrisk aroma og smak av gule epler, visne urter og besk citrus. Lite og ingenting som minner om hveteøl. Må ha vært slutten på fatet og skulle aldri vært servert. Jeg klagde på denne og fikk en annen øl (Drifter Hefeweisse, den hyggelige servitørens favoritt) som erstatning. Turned out to be from the bottom of the keg, and should never have been served.

Bottle at SBWF 2018. Clear dark golden with a small white head. Quite sweet with bread, some fruit and malt. The body was light as was the bitterness. Nothing special.

Bottled at Stockholm Beer Festival. Clear pale amber, mid sized coarse head. Aroma of tangerine and bread. Mid sweet with light-medium body and clean mouthfeel. Crystal malt and some tangerine. Low bitterness.

34cl bottle from the Beer52 box for June. A slightly hazy straw coloured pour with a loose white head; some mango and yeast on the aroma; dry floral taste with a slight mango sweetness; and a light straw bitterness. A rather elegant, refreshing, summery beer.
