(Draft at Brisket & Friends, Stockholm, 1 Aug 2025) Cloudy yellow colour with frothy, white head. Fruity, hoppy nose with citrus, pineapple, mango, lemon peel, passionfruit, rosemary and white bread. Fruity taste with notes of pineapple, lemon peel, white bread, passionfruit, citrus and a mild citric/herbal bitterness. Medium body, with a touch of sweetness. Tasty and refreshing. Nice one.

Roasted and dark caramell malty aroma.
Sweet and roasted caramell.
Full body and well balanced.

0,33l from tap at Katarina Ölkafe, Stockholm. Black color, small tan head. Smells spices, earthy, Joghurt, peppery. Decent smell. Medium body, soft carbonation. Tastes spices, earthy, roasty, peppery, tobacco, nutty. Finishes light to medium roasty bitter with notes of spices, busy and Joghurt notes. Pretty drinkable, not totally convincing but good to drink

0,1l from tap at Ölkemi, Stockholm. Yellow murky color, small white head. Smells spices, earthy, herbal, lemongrass, light washcloth. Decent to nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes citric, herbal, lemongrass, earthy. Finishes light to medium bitter with notes of lemongrass, earthy and citric notes. Nice one, aroma didn't excite me but taste is good

Tap at Akkurat. Darkest brown, low brown cream. Dry wooden, dark sugar, fruity dry yeast notes. Medium full dry body. Dry caramel, sugar, citric, fresh orange peel notes, fresh fruity to the typical dry strong notes, candied orange peels on coconut sugar, clay and old barrels made from a ship which was buried in Stockholms harbor for 333 years. The Vasa pig approves!

Tap at Akkurat. Dark. Brown sugar, vanilla, tobacco, booze. But the taste is not as much booze and heavy as I had feared. I mean we ordered it because it was on tap, and this bar is quite nice, and, most of all - Unibärsum. And it delivered. Look at the picture. There is a reindeer and a little bird, and they live on the coast of the unibärsum.
