"Tannenzäpfle heller Bock", Fläschchen von Ambrosetti, 9.6.2026. - Wunderschönes historisches Etikett. - Goldgelb, blank. - In der Nase schweres, zart rauchiges (um nicht zu sagen: dumpfes) helles Malz und aromatische, verhalten zitronige Hopfung. - Antrunk schwer und dicht hellmalzig mit verhaltener Süße und gedämpfter zitrusfruchtiger Hopfung. Milder rezent, vollmundig. Im Abgang frische grasige Bittere. - Sauberer heller Bock, etwas zu nüchtern und glatt. Man merkt ihm die Herkunft aus einer Pilsbrauerei an.

Bottle from Beer Merchants. It pours hazy pake yellow with a decent fluffy white cap. The aroma has some beer characteristics... Toasty grains, damp malt, nuttiness, grass, then it is sweet, sugary, cheap lemonade, candied lemon and tangy lime. The taste is crisp, snappy, then sweetness, sugared lemons, lemonade, lime, muted zingy pucker, hint of the base beer in the backdrop, touch of toasty grains and grass. Finish is tangy lemonade. Average radler body and moderate carbonation. probably eers on being a touch sweet, but this still hit the spot on a hot day.
