Bottle @ yespr. Pours a slightly hazy dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity malty spicy caramel aroma. Fruity malty spicy berry flavor with hints of caramel. Has a fruity malty spicy yeasty berry finish.

Flaska från SB. Mörkbrun med beige skum som ligger kvar länge. Doft tapetklister och granskott. Smaken är gnska besk, lite pomerans, grape och tall som antyder att US-humle varit involverat. Kroppen lätt och mest murrig med störande jästiga drag åt tapetklister. Liknar många andra opasteurisrade och ofiltrerade svenska hantverksöl på den punkten tyvärr.

330ml Bottle - Dark brown with a small head. Pomerans, aniseed, cinnamon and dried fruit in the aroma. Spicy, hoppy, fruity and roasted taste with notes of pomerans, cinnamon, cloves and fruitcake.

Bottled. A hazy dark red beer with a thin off-white head. The aroma has notes of caramel, fruits, and malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, spices, and fruits, leading to a dry spicy finish.

Mid bitter finish. Not quite what I expected, and not really up to the same high standard as the beers I tasted in Härnösand in the summer.

Sample @ SMÖF 2012. Pours hazy blackish brown with a frothy beige head that slowly dissipates while leaving lots of trace on the glass. Smell is sweet, malty and herbal with roasted malts, caramel, dill, gooseberries, pine, sweetened coffee, lemon balm, butterscotch, grapefruit rinds and sweet liquorice candy. Taste is tiny sweet, bitter and tiny sour with dark bread, grapefruit rinds, salty liquorice candy, roasted malts, grass, resinous wood, gooseberries, dill, lemon balm, dark roast coffee and orange peal. Mouthfeel is round, tiny tart, tiny astringent and medium bodied. Finish is bitter with roasted malts, grapefruit rinds, salty liquorice candy, pine, grass and resinous wood.
