Van de tap op het terras van de brouwerij op 17-8-2023. Troebel goudgeel, goed wit schuim. Wat lichte citrus in smaak en aroma. Niet een heel bijzonder wit bier, maar met de warmte fijn om mee te starten.

Taster @ the source. Not the first time I had this, but apparently the last time was long ago. Pours a golden orange colour and a very dense/creamy off white head. Aroma's of caramel malt, sweetish, with some coriander and a bit fruit retronasal. Flavour is moderate sweet, fruity, a touch of bitter. Medium bodied. Finishes grainish, light bitter. Meh.

Taster size glass @ the source. Pours a cloudy deep blonde colour and a very dense/creamy white head. Aroma's: malty/grain, caramel malt, fruity. Retronasal it's fruity, caramel malt, slightly herbal. Flavour is light bitter with a hint of sweet. Light bodied. Soft carbonation. Finishes moderate bitter. Not very exciting but tasty enough.

Taster from tap @Stadsbrouwerij De Drie Ringen. Hazy medium golden colour, good stable frothy white head, fair lacing. Shy aroma, sweet malts, grain, grass, yeast notes. Taste light to medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, light spicy notes. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, not that special but pleasant and well-made, nice.

Taste Medium sweet and bitter, malty, grain, bit toffee. Medium body, oily texture, soft carbonation, dry malty sweetbitter aftertaste, tasty, nice.

Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, roasty notes. Light to medium body, rather thin texture for a dubbel, soft carbonation, malty sweetbitter aftertaste, bit sugary, okay.

Taste medium sweet and light bitter, malty, toffee, light yeast. Medium body, creamy texture, soft carbonation, smooth sweetbitter aftertaste, malty and yeasty notes, not really a dunkelweizen, nice though.
