Description

De brouwwijze van Stadsbrouwerij De Drie Ringen is ambachtelijk en traditioneel. Het is nog altijd de brouwer die verantwoordelijk is voor de kwaliteit van het bier. De brouwerij gebruikt natuurlijk en gezuiverd Amersfoorts water als basis voor het brouwproces. Daaraan worden traditionele grondstoffen als gerste- en tarwemout, hop en gist toegevoegd. Er worden uitsluitend bovengistende bieren in een eigentijds jasje gebrouwen. Onderstaand kunt u alvast een keuze maken voor uw volgende bezoek.

Bottle. Pale blonde, hazy. Chunks of yeast. Coreander in the wheaty aroma. Wheat flavor with hints of citrus and yeasty notes.

Brewery tap. Amber color. Malt and caramel in the aroma. Malty sweetish soft roasty caramelly flavor. Thin to medium bodied. Bready. Soft roasty finish. Solid dubbel.

Bottle. Golden color. Dryish flavor with malt and citrus. Alcoholic, in spite of the relatively modest ABV. Some distant fruit. pear. Pineapple. No specific aroma. Pleasant alround tripel.
