Aroma is wild honey, biscuit, grapefruit, medlar, a hint of smoke. Taste is dry, low-carbonated, full-mouthed. Low bitterness in the short-lasting finish.

(Bottle) Pours clear golden amber with modest off-white head. Pleasant, subtle citrus aroma. Light bodied, well carbonated. The taste is rather odd. Mostly it’s quite pleasant - sweet malt with a citrus tang - but there’s something artificial I can’t place.There’s some pleasant bitterness in the finish. Drinkable, but not quite right.
