For a year now, we have "migrated the vats" from the old Vertus courtyard which have become too small to the Fongrave Zone, Fongrave Plain behind the old Intermarché you can see the building with the solar panels, well it is there.
We make our beers with passion, taste for accuracy, desire, respect for the product and the raw materials involved, and we put all our soul into it; in order to produce a beer that suits us, with a committed and claimed bias. Our beers are pure malt, without preservatives or colorings, unfiltered and unpasteurized for a long time.

Tap at La Houblpnniere. Very thin, lacks malt depth the hazelnut/tiramisu flavouring is revolting and the extra booze from the barrels (did I say soy?) makes it even more thin

Tap at La Houblonniére. Thin, weirdly acidic, hops are very difficult to detect, just flawed on many levels
