Mead from some bottle shop At Unesco City in Slovakia. Bardejov jest piekne tak jak ta barwa jasno bursztynowa, won miodu, spadzi oraz paprykowego leczo. W smaku jest delikatne, jak na miod pitny malo slodkie czuc orzechowosc pochodzaca zapewne od konopii ktorej jest tylko 0,3% ale ta papryczka Chilli dala tu kopniaka i to solidnego tylko 3gr na litr czuc jak rozgrzewa, je jest pikantnie, nie jes ostro ale milo rozpala podniebienie a po chwili poprawia sie cale ukrwienie organiznu. W sam raz pokosztowac przy drastycznej zmianie pogody. no i mozna sie rozgrzac.

Bottle split at the RBESG ’15 Grand Tasting, Taphouse CPH day 4, 23/08/15. Clear golden with faint off white edgeing. Nose is sweet and sour vibes, berry fruit, light spice, almond noughat. Taste comprises glazed cherries, honey, sweet licks, cantaloupe melon. Full bodied, fine carbonation, sweet close with a Lick of alcohol. Decent mead.
