KØ19. Good papery aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Stable white head. The flavour is papery and dusty with a mild citrus hop note. Not dry or clean finish. Seems underattenuated.

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, opaque orangey brown with a rich and creamy beige head, comes slowly gushing. The brewery calls it a Dark Ale, whatever that is, but it has a peaty smoky aroma and the taste is primarily sour. Both things hint at an infection which has unfortunately become the norm for this brewery. It's actually impressive (and somewhat sad) that they can still sell their beers. 250419

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a hazy yellow with a dense and lacing white head. Yeasty, fruity nose. One sip, and you're about to spew. Amazingly lactic sour - it stops here. Totally undrinkable. Guys, please realize that most of your beers turn totally sour. You seem to have a completely infected brewery. 140119

Bottle 50 cl. Pours a cloudy, almost opaque amber with a beige head. Phenollic aroma, vague yeastiness with a tart hint. Flavour is overwhelmingly disgusting: phenollic, rotten and most of all plain lactic sour. This is infected to the bones. Well, at least it looked like a Dunkelweizen. Guys, you need to realize, that you have some major quality issues to solve - and have had for quite some time. BB 18.03.19 070119

Draught at Belis Bar and Restaurant. A good looking hazy orange golden beer with a thin white head. Fruity aroma with citrus, floral notes and a lightly toasted note. Unfortunately some butter as well. Taste is bitter. Medium bodied. Dry, fruity finish with grasses and citrus fruits. To bad about the butter notes - get your brewing methods right.
