From a 1 litre PET bottle brought at the brewery, shared with the in-laws. Dark amber colour with a fast fading lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel, chocolate and lightly toasted notes. Honey and brown cookies. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and an average carbonation. Finishes sweet with honey and toasted notes. Not much bitterness, but an honest locally produced beer. Dirt cheap.

Draught at Pedro Sörörsö, at the brewpub. Dark amber colour with a fluffy, lightly tanned head. Sweet aroma with caramel, chocolate, lightly toasted notes, even cacao powder. Taste is sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes sweet with caramel and chocolate malts. Something for the sweet tooth. A bit too sweet for a "Tmavý "/Barna. Still very freshly made.

Draught at Pedro Sörörsö, the brewpub. Clear golden colour with a thin white head. Sweet aroma with pale malts, grasses and sweet fruits. Taste is light sweet. Medium body with a creamy texture and a soft carbonation. Finishes slightly dry with pale malts and fruits. Nice Lager that comes from the brewery just behind the restaurant. Freshness is essential.

1l bottle. Clear golden body, white head. Aroma of bready malts and a hint of fruity hops. Taste of bread, grains with some metallic tones and a little grassy hop bitterness. It’s an OK beer.
