Mezcal comes off more like tequila, with a tangy hint upfront but hints of smokey in the mid, and finish. Chocolatey oaky, nice complexity! The barrel rounds out the thickness nicely
Cellared bottle at share. Cloudy golden pour, ring of white foam. Immediate aroma of peaches, prevalent tart notes. Taste is tart and fruity, peaches, funky.
Pours a hazy, orange-pineapple, with smallish head. Aroma is a bit muted, with citrus and tropical fruit notes. Flavors more pronounced, with citrus and tropical fruit. Soft mouthfeel. Mild levels of hop bitterness in the finish.
Sample at Full Frame during the "Pale Ale Fest" event on 10/10/2025. Slightly hazy yellow-gold color with a medium white head that burns away steadily to a film. Strings of lacing on the glass. Aroma of piney hops, citrus and malt. Medium body with a resiny hop character and notes of grapefruit and bready malt. The finish is moderately bitter with a citrusy hop aftertaste. Pretty good overall.
