Draught. Spicy, malty aroma. Dark chestnut colour, small head. Watery, malty flavourwith spicy, aromatic aftertaste. Nice bitterness in aftertaste.

Cloudy golden color, thick orange golden head. Aroma of banana, wheat, spices. Spicy taste, some alcohol, bit wheat. More fruity and creamy triple, nicely balanced.

Draught Fully hazy, yellow-ochre beer with good snowwhite head, leaving nice lace. Beautifully perfumed, very flowery, spring shrubs - no doubt the Asperulla. Great. Excellent fruity-spicey taste. All flavours are too subtle to be pointed out (compare THIS to that infernal Waldmeister syrup to ruin Berliner Weisse!). Light citrus taste, spicey, especially retronasal. Light, refreshing, spritzy without being fizzy. Superb light, refreshing beer. WHY DO THEY COME OUT WITH THIS END OF AUTUMN?

Bottle Amber-blond, hazy body. Rocky, off-white, dense head. Strong, complex aroma of hops, citrus, caramel, crispy malts, ... Well balanced flavour. Heavily bitter, lightly sweet flavour with citrus popping up in the end and staying there. The aroma is very nice, but the flavour can’t compete with it.

Orange to clear ochre; good irregular layer, well kept up by active carbonation, slowly receding. Nose of caramel, white candi sugar; sweet and spicey. Taste is less sweet, hay or straw flavour, herbal, little hops. Slightly peppery palate. Light bodied, reasonnably refreshing. A pleasantly drinking beer - strictly nothing more. No need to search for complexity here.

Huge, fine light-brown head; fully hazy dark chestnut beer. Caramel, vanilla aroma's, fresh shrubbery smell later. Also a reek of coffee-cream. Roasted malts define the taste, maybe some Maillard. Soft sweet taste, not very remarkable, vaguely nutty, bit of almond-chocolate. Medium to full-bodied, slightly oily mouthfeel. Some alcoholburn. Unremarkable, forgettable.

Peach-coloured, ochre head reducing itself to a half centimetre. Herbal, spicey (ginger, laurel, garden weeds) nose. Taste: this is what you call Band-aid? It certainly has a flavour as from a would liner - mint/camphor perhaps. Having said that, this taste is quite mild. Rest is more typical tripel. Dry-touch of candi sugar, and yeasty. Ending a bit more fruity/citrussy. Well bodied. Reasonable tripel. More surprising than most.

Brown sugar and fruit aroma, slightly phenolic at that. Cloudy brown, Lowish creamy head. Fruity fresh belgian yeast flavors and quite some candy sugar. Light mouthfeel and body. Pleasant but not overwhelming.

A very light nose of preserved mushrooms. beautiful light orangey colour - but that is one of the most positive things about this ''light'' Christmas ale. Palate as from straw or hay.
