Can. Deep brown with a brief flash of beige head. Aroma of oaky Bourbon, raisins, dried figs, bread, spices - coriander, ginger, cloves, pepper. Quite sweet but well short of syrupy with spices, oak and booze helping to keep the fruit in check. The Bourbon is prominent but not dominant. Pretty good, if not very tripelish.

Can. Pale gold, white head. Gentle herbal lemon and tropical fruit aroma, crackers. A little more vibrant upon a sip. Very clean but not vapid malt before slightly spicy bitterness. Nicely done - really tries to be pils-like rather than bunging in some US hops and hoping.

Quite odd taste, this one. Aromas of grapefruit, lemon peel, pineapple and some biscuit. In the mouth, it's that lemon peel, but I also get some green apple (don't think I've ever written that before!) and apricot. Not a great aftertaste.

Can. Pretty much black. A tan head fizzes away. 3- singed caramel and chocolate aroma. Some toasty support in the taste and it’s not all that sweet. Slight bitter finish with some anise.
