On tap at Uitgang Bar, Richmond, Melbourne. Pours clear pinky rose, white top. Aroma: light funk, subtle raspberries. Taste: lightly tart, watery raspberries, slightly chalky, hints of funk. Light body, soft carb, light dry finish. Refreshing but a little wishy washy

Bottle. Red with a quickly fading white head. Aroma: a little wheat cracker, heaps of nice raspberries. Not that slippery but a proper lacto sourness that's not overmatched by the berries. It hit 42C today, so yes this works as a summer beer.
