Handpump @Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa in Rome. Golden/orange pretty bright pour, compact foam. Nose: malty and a bit yeasty, a pinch of leather, citrus and bergamot. Mouth: simply lovely, English clean sipper with a decent and balanced citric finish. Another good one...

Il gusto al naso viene catturato dall'affumicato. L'intensità olfattiva è molto elevata e la continuità olfattiva è considerevole. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è a grana fine con carbonazione media. Il liquido è di aspetto cristallino. La frizzantezza è data da bollicine medio-fini. Anche qui la stessa carbonazione media. Il colore è ambrato carico tendente rossiccio, praticamente somigliante al colore del whisky. Il corpo è strutturato non pesante. L'amaro è contenuto. L'intensità gustativa è elevata. La costanza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di pronta beva. Il finale è complesso. In bocca l'aroma riporta sentori di banana e affumicato.

Handpump @Luppolo Station in Rome. Black pour with an adhesive and irregular tick brownish foam. Nose: sugar cake, a bit grassy, as it warms aroma offers balanced hints of syrup and cream. Mouth: amazingly tasty, charming sweetness a bit milky, decently bitter. Great.

Tap @Il Ponticello in Rome-Italy. Orange clear pour, white adhesive head. Nose: a mix of yasmine and amber malts, pretty fruity and charming. Mouth: it was poured a bit wired...imo, which results is a carbo below its standard. Anyway, clean and a bit piney. Firm bitterness, medium alcohol feel.

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, expired just days ago. Pours orange gold with limited white foam, very fine. Aroma is tart and suggesting sourness. Body is fairly dense with moderate carbonation. Taste is moderately bitter and sour to some point. Finish is slightly long and sour.
