33cl bottle. BB 05/2018. A slightly hazy deep golden beer with a huge most good lasting off-white head. Aroma of strong dry yellow fruits, herbs, honey. Taste of sweet herbal malt, honey, yellow fruits, quite interesting!

33cl bottle from Abeervinum, Rimini, Italy. Pours intense amber practically with no foam. Aroma is malty and herbaceous. Body is light with average carbonation. Taste is low in sweetness and with important bitterness. Finish is not interesting.

33cl bottle from AbeerVinum, Rimini, Italy. 2016 barricata winter brew. Pours a beautiful brown with nice reflections and no foam. Aroma is malty, hazelnut, tea. Body is dense, sticky and quite some astringency. Taste shows some oxidation, some acidity, good sweetness. Finish is long and malty.

Cask @Bir&Fud in Rome. Dark caramel pour, creamy and compact beige foam. Nose: dried fruit, leather. Mouth is extremely sessional, watery roast with an unexpected bitter end.

Handpump at Bir&Fud in Rome. Black pour with a tick and creamy ivory cap. Nose: mild roast, silk boiled milk. Mouth is terrific, clean, easy-drinking roast with a fantastic bitter-like finish probably given by chamomile. Another good one. Round, clean and rich.
