Kwg at the GBBF 2017. Day 3. 10/08/2017. Many thanks to Kenny. A light hazed yellow straw coloured pour with a frorhy white head. Aroma is delicate saison yeast, long, floral, light lemon,. Low pepper on nose. Flavour is composed of crisp light grains, delicate saison, lemon, floral.. Palate is semi crisp, light, highish carbonation. Really nice.

On tap at GBBF 2017. Hazy pure gold colour lasting cream head. slightly wild yeast aroma then some lovely citrus fruits. Good i thought good orange tangerine fruit flavours dry bitter finish. Good.

Dec. ’16. On tap at Open Baladin, Rome. It poured a deep golden body with medium sized head. Very nice aroma of fruit, honey, nuts and spiced dried figs (with laurel, like we make it back home). Flavor was lightly sweet malty - honey, dried figs and caramel with estery Belgian yeast touch, then spicy in the same way nose suggested which dries it somewhat towards the finish. Medium to full bodied with moderately long sweetish and dry peppery/spicy finish. Alcohol was completely drown in its flavors and not felt even in the aftertaste. Quite a nice spiced belgian-style ale.

Tap at Luppolo 12, Roma. Pours black with a lasting beige head. Aroma of vanilla, coffee, chocolate, dark fruits and light roasted malt. Light sweetness, medium roasted bitterness. Medium body, soft carbonation. Finish is dry with a light dark chocolate bitterness.

Tap at beerlovers bar. Pours clear blonde, small white head. smell is bit juicy, grassy hops. Very grassy, actually. Taste is intense, sharp, bitter ,grassy , clear from esthers and other yeastyness, minerally. Not bad.

Thank you! 330 ml. bottle sampled @ Gollem during "Italy Beerweekend - Roma Edition".Orange, creamy white head. Nose is cleaning product, ginger here has turned all to sweet cleaning products, lemon, sugar,... Taste is same overly cleaning products ginger, overly soap, dull, bland, sweet, not fun to drink. Oily cleaning product body. Ginger went all wrong here with not the best Belgian base.

Taste is nice orange peel, classical bitter, big fruits, mandarin, tangerine, mango, low pine,... Body is nicely bitter, lightly dry, fruity,... Tasty classical old school USA styled IPA.

Tap at Bir&Fud (Rome-Italy). Cloudy brown pour, brownish foam. Nose: soft smoked notes, cheesy a bit, dried fruit/raisins. Mouth: quite a bitter overall, watery, anice a bit.
