Light unclear medium orange yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, moderate hoppy, citrus, grass, moderate yeasty, saison yeast, spiced, herbs. On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata limpida, schiuma media molto persistente. Al naso sentori di erba tagliata, agretti, limone, leviti. In bocca è equilibrata nonostante la luppolatura generosa, molto secca. Corpo medio-leggero, carbonazione media. Eccellente.

Tap @Ma Che Siete Venuti a Fa (Rome), upon its premiere. Pours a deep golden and practically clear color, the foam is frothy and irregular. The nose offers immediately a rich bouquet of grassy notes, cereals and a hint of honey. Very pleasant aroma. Mouth is crispy, very rich with an orientation on the malty way and a medium-soft grassy finish. Clean, rich, not that rustic (+) and amazingly tasty. Another please.

Il gusto al naso propende per la liquirizia. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e la persistenza olfattiva è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma ha una discreta resistenza. Le bollicine sono medie. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è strutturato ma duttile. Il dolce è medio e l'amaro è medio: non si surclassano. L'intensità gustativa è elevata e la persistenza gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevolissimo. Le sensazioni boccali finali sono di facile beva. Il finale è lungo, secco, pulito e dissetante. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca riporta sentori di miele, cioccolato, caffè, frutta secca e fiori.
