Hand Pump at Ma Che. Light smoke in the nose, thin, bit salty. More smoke flavor, pear, roasty, bitter finish. Rather light and thin but decent enough.

Tap at Ma Che. Great nose of UK hops, seems like Maris Otter malt, bready, biscuits, a touch of caramel. Hazy orange-gold with a tall head. Lovely hopp flavor, clean and bitter. Minty, some herbs. Good stuff, though as it warms the spices seem to be overdone.

Cask @ 32th Pigs Ear Beer and Cider Festival 2015, at The Round Chapel in Hackney, London, England. [ As Hilltop Wot Hop? Chinook & Centennial ].Clear medium orange yellow color with a small to average, open and frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, toasted, moderate hoppy, light earthy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, pale malt, citrus notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20151201] 6-3-7-3-14

Handpump at B&F in Rome-Italy. Dark copper cloudy pour, frothy and creamy head. Nose is lavander, nuts, pepper/spicy. Mouth is moderately sweet, nocino brandy, dusty a bit, quite short but rich and moderately sweet. Clean for and English oriented bw but tasty. ---Rated via Beer Buddy for iPhone

Handpump @Bir&Fud (Rome). Rossastra/bruna, abbastanza limpida, schiuma medio-leggera. Al naso note leggermente vinose, di frutta rossa sotto spirito, amaretti, leggero medicinale. In bocca è estremamente equilibrata, dolce all'attacco, con finale amaro-acidulo, splendida. Le manca forse un po' di corpo e rotondità, ma è davvero una bella birra!

On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Dorata viva, intensa, leggermente torbida, schiuma medio-leggera, abbastanza persistente. Al naso splendidi sentori di miele di castagno amaro, frutta secca, leggero balsamico. In bocca è equilibrata, con un attacco dolce e un finale amaro perfetto, leggermente balsamico. Corpo medio-pieno, carbonazione media. Gran bella birra!

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours intense, dark gold with whitish foam. Aroma gives honey, fruits and a subtle smoky feeling. Body is relatively light with low carbonation. Taste is low in sweetness, but also in bitterness. Nonetheless, the beer is pretty enjoyable, with its delicate smoking. Finish is short.

From the tap at FOB, Rimini, Italy. Pours slightly pale gold with white foam. Aroma is weak, mostly lemony and bready. Body is relatively dense, carbonated, alcoholic. Taste is predominantly spiced (from the ginger), with some bitterness. Finish is relatively short. Overall, I didn’t like it, sorry.

On tap @Ma che siete venuti a fà (Rome). Dorata, limpida, schiuma bianca media, non molto persistente. Al naso note di malto, biscotto, erbaceo, leggero vegetale. In bocca va un po' meglio, risultando discretamente equilibrata e con un amaro abbastanza presente. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Da rifinire.
