Pours brown with a small head.Nose show toasty, bready and nutty malt.Flavours inlcude more toasted and nutty malt, some soft cardboard and grainy notes too though.

Bottle. Gold with less than a coat of white head. Aroma of hay, olde oranges, spiky spices (ah, ginger makes sense) and a hint furniture polish. Slightly slippery texture. Sweet hay and honey , slightly tart and astringent but not funky, spicy with pepper and ginger. I would have liked a few more bubbles. No idea what if anything the potato does. Didn’t love this, but it’s interesting and not a mess.

Timber mash tun, straw filtration, wood fired kettle, open fermentation, colonial-era hop varieties. Must be a session IPA. Bottle. Clear gold with a thin coat of white head. Aroma of biscuit, marmalade-like citrus, some light cheesy funk. Light bodied, low carbonation. Grain and hay sweetness, sweet and bitter oranges, a little Sichaun pepper in a slightly zingy finish. An interesting and rustic beer.

Bottle. Dark brown with a light tan cap. Gentle aroma of coffee, roasted barley, prunes. Lowish carbonation on a light to medium body. Sweeter and earthier than suggested by the aroma and the expected astringency form coffee is not there, but a soft brioche-y chocolate is instead. And yes, the prunes have a little tart edge to go with the moderately bitter finish. The bitterness creeps up after a time, perhaps underscoring that the body is slightly erm slight. Quite exotic and pretty good.

Pours amber with a large head.Nose shows nutty and biscuity malt with some grainy and soft vegetal characters detracting from the experience.Flavours include more of the biscuity and grainy malt, but again with some unfortunate vegetal notes and a stale, cardboard-like aspect.
