Pours dark brown with a large creamy nitro head.Nose shows earthy coffee, nutty malt, soft roast, a hint of spicy hops.Flavours include coffee and nutty malt, earthy and herbal hops, and a gentle bitterness amidst some lingering bready and toasty malt notes.

Can. No date on the bottom of can. Black with a tan head that lasts OK. Aroma is a bit burnt with whisky, vanilla/ oak, some capsicum, pine. Lacks body. Weedy, acrid and bitter with no real weight to the malty or roasty flavours. A miss.

Pours brown with a large fading off-white head.Nose shows biscuity malt, golden syrup, rye-like spicy and bready characters, nutmeg and clove.Flavours include cinnamon, nutmeg, toasty malt and some very soft but lingering roasty notes. A bit more of the bready malt too, but very little sweetness.Something you don't see everyday, a very well-put together.

Pours opaque dark purple with a dark large pink/purple head.Aroma of pure Ribena. Blackcurrant for days. Some soft clean malt behind.Flavours include blackcurrant, a reasonable acidity, a soft abrasive character, berry skins, and slight pithy bitter notes.Lovely creamy but light mouthfeel.

Pours pink/mauve/peach with a small head.Nose shows blueberry and heavy passionfruit, some raspberry too. Faint caramel and vanilla notes as well.Flavours include raspberry, blueberries, more passionfruit as well but note quite as intense. A bit of sweetness rolls through afterwards, mixing with a reasonable acidic tang.
