Description
Ronald started working as a brewer in 1990, at brewery De Raaf. Few years later he lefts the Netherlands for Finland. He stayed in the beer business in various roles, and after a short break, he returned in 2015 to start The Flying Dutchman Nomad Brewing Company, to brew his own recipes at de Proefbrouwerij and Brouwerij Anders. He brews out of love for beer, and only works with the best and most passionate people. That’s why his beers are exceptional – full of character and flavour.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Clear golden, small head. Orangey nose. Mid sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity white bread tangerine and orange. Mildly bitter finish.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy amber, coarse head. Aroma of tea and grapefruit. Mid sweet with above medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Piney grapefrut, treacle. Resinous bitter finish.

Sample, thanks oh6gdx! Hazy amber, minimal head. Aroma of rose water and strawberries. Sweet with light to medium body and clean, sharp mouthfeel. Spritzy with mostly roase water and strawberry jam, slight crackers. Low bitterness.

Donkerbruin bier met mooie crème kleurige schuimkraag. Smaak is licht fruitig zuur met wat chocolade, een klein beetje rook en een heel klein beetje framboos. Eigenlijk is de hele smaak combinatie iets uit balans waardoor ik het een vrij matig bier vind. Met name het rokerige is wat mij betreft de boosdoener hierin.
