Draught@Rotterdam, Helsinki. Golden colour, small white head. Aroma is floral, fruity, grassy and some grainy notes. Flavour is very grainy with some grassy and mild floral notes.

Bottled@Molotov, Helsinki. Black colour, small head. Aroma is coffee, chocolated, roasted malts and some caramel. Flavour is vanilla, chocolate, cocoa, coffee and caramel along with some alcohol. Nicely balanced, and quite a bodied one.

Draught@William K, Kurvi. Goldeny yellow colour with a small head. Aroma is peach, pear, somepassion fruits and mild wooden and sugary notes. Flavour is pear, some peach, wood, saison yeast and mild tart berry tones to it.

16/11/2022. Bottle bought at NFX La Cave à Bière, Noumea. Pours almost clear golden with a frothy white head. Aroma is subtle on the elderflower, picking up more of the white wine, white grape, yeast and citrus sours. Sweetness starts light but develops, picking up some caramel sweetness, with the early sourness diminishing. Moderate body, average carbonation. Tart and sweet mix to finish. Certainly a refresher and quite enjoyable.

Bottle courtesy of my girlfriend, thanks Janea. Med-thin body, med-low carbonation. Low sweetness, med-high roasted bitterness. Lots of stale coffee taste, not much more to go about here. Not great, not terrible.
