Can, 11C. Very dark brown with a tan head. Aroma of roast, chocolate, blackstrap licorice, nectarines. Sweet with a soft rather than silky texture. Caramel, mild roast, licorice, not as much chocolate as expected. Some spices at the modestly bitter end. Perhaps colder would have worked better - it's just a bit sweet for me. Pretty good.

Can. Hazy amber with an off white head that fades to a coat. Very old-school US hop aroma of bitter oranges and pine, some bread and spices. Light bodied, moderate carbonation. Really quite dry but with firm hayish pale malt underpins citrus, weeds and pine. Snappy bitterness. Refreshing with a more modern palate the suggested by the aroma.

Had this at Preachers in Hobart. I wasn’t aware that it was a contract brew, and thus neglected to find out who brews it. Regardless, it is light amber and cloudy. Has a light fruitiness and yeasty colour. Mild bitterness, decent quaffable brew.
