Can. Brown with an excessively huge beige head. 3- Aroma of tropical & stone fruit, citrus, light roast, chocolate, spices. Nectarines, lychees, coconut, oranges, anise. Lightish bodied. Can feel the lactose unfortunately. Barely sweet with fruit and chocolate then slightly firmer roast than anticipated then a dryish modestly bitter spiced end. Good, original. Maybe best use of Sabro I've tried thus far.

Pours like a weak berocca but packs a punch. It lives up to its name of peaches and cream, plus some sharp citrus notes that do actually give it the slightest berocca or alka seltzer taste at the end. Plenty of fizz on the tongue, and it hides its alcohol.

Can. Almost clear gold with a stable inch of white head. Feisty zesty aroma with grapefruit, lime leaf, mango skin, a little sherbet. Light bodied. Sweet but there's a real lack of malt presence and the hops sweep through and the whole thing ends up weedy and harsh. Fruit flavours are mostly lost, plenty of pine needles. A pity.

Hazy Yellow. Smells like passionfruit (there's a shock). Medium sourness. Gose tongue fizz. Does mimic the soft drink very well.

Can. Red/amber. Caramel nose. And that's the gist of it in terms of flavour. A little bit of raisin there too. Almost creamy mouthfeel feel. Very classic red, but I'd prefer it a bit punchier.

Served in a handle pint at the Bank Hotel, Newtown. Red/brown beer with a thin white head. I feel like I'm in a 70's English sitcom (On the buses, perhaps). Anyway........ Sweet fruity nose. High fine carbonation. Nice lacing. Full-bodied. Malty with some smokiness. Finish is lingering and fruity. Lovely ale. It might look like 'Watney's Red Barrel' but it's a quality drink.

Can. Just hazy gold with a white head. Aroma of light biscuit, oranges, grapefruit, a little passionfruit and peach. Very light bodied, medium to lowish carbonation. Gently sweet, bitter enough at the finish. Dries out a bit with lingering citrus. A good quaffer.

Glass on tap at GABS, Sydney. Pale amber beer with a thin white head. Nose is totally pickled cucumber. Whoa! Crisp, clean, refreshing. Sweet pickle finish, amazing beer. Really great depth of flavour, probably not a session beer though.

Weirdly heavy can. Very dark brown with a cm of light tan head. Aroma of vanilla and sweetened coffee, hazelnuts, some chocolate. pleasant but smells insufficiently of beer for me. Medium bodied, smoothish. There are several things going on in the taste - the syrupy/ coffee/ (fake? burnt skin?) nut thing; some roast and cocoa; and rather harsh bitterness. Each is trying to be louder than the others. Didn't like this at all.

Can. Clear deep gold with a white head. 3+ Vibrant aroma of grapefruit, honeyed floral notes, light bread crust. Some mild tropical notes - mango skin. Medium bodied. Firm pale malt with little sweetness, citrus has lime as well. Dryish with pretty high bitterness at the end. Nothing new really, but good.
