Can from brewery. Red/brown in colour. Loads of malty biscuit aromas. Spot on target in terms of style with just a hint of pine bitterness.

Can from brweery. Deep gold/amber. Not much on nose other a bit of bread. Crisp, almost dry, with again, very restrained flavours. I have another can. I hope that one is a bit more lively.

Can from brewery. Pours black with expected nitro fluffiness. Aromas of cardamom and bitter coffee. Certainly milky mouthfeel but that nitro makes it actually feel flatter and duller. Flavours are pretty subtle, which is not a bad thing in itself, but it does make it all a bit too mild and non-dessert like. I'll try again at a somewhat cooler temp to see if that might change the feel.

Can. Deep amber with a white head. Aroma of biscuit, toast, nectarines, fresh cut grass, mandarin. Not all that sweet but has a fatness to the malt side of things that only gradually loses focus to the fruity and moderately bitter hops. For me the hops were a little overdone, but only a little.

Can. This version is 4.2% ABV. Gold with a white head that fades to a coat. Lots of lemons and some crackery dough in the aroma. Perhaps some spices too. Almost entirely about lemons but that's OK. Light crackers and some sugary dough behind with moderate bitterness and some spices at the end. It's very refreshing.

Can. Somewhat hazy gold with a cm of white head. Aroma of kumquat, grapefruit, peach, light bread. Not a lot of body, quite fizzy. A little sweetness then lots of citrus before it dries out at the fairly bitter finish. A little resin and spice there too. Fine but lacks much in the way of character.

Can. Murky amber with a modest white head. 3- Aroma of ginger and cinnamon biscuits. Light bodied. Bittersweet and drier than expected with citrus and spices (pepper as well as ginger and cinnamon) sitting pretty nicely together. Some warmth from the ginger.

Can. Pours amber. Cinnamon nose. Using cinnamon in beer is a very tricky endeavour. Here it just doesn't work. Too much of a soap/air freshener vibe. Very off-putting.
