On tap at Good Beer Week 2019 Launch Gala. Pours golden with tightly beaded head. Barnyard nose. Very subtle and balanced saison. Bit of straw and soft cheese flavours. Would love to sup this in a calmer setting.

Sampled from the tap at The Local Taphouse. Pours a hazy yellow with a slight tangerine hue and a white head that dissipates to the edges. Aroma has citrus and Thai chili with a light grain backbone. Flavor has citrus and light sweet grain with Thai chilies growing.
