# 4894; 2/2026. As Mustata Draft. Vegetables, cellar and malty aroma. Brilliant gold body, white head. Vegetable, herbal, celery. Light body, medium carbonation. Bad lager. 0,4 l, draught, café (Tipografia), Brasov (Transylvania, Romania).

Bottled 330ml. -Amber coloured, small to medium sized off-white head, caramel in the nose. Sweetish malty, caramel, light nutty, subdued acidity and sweetish finish. Bit dry but in comparison with other two Mustata beers this one is huge jack pot.

Bottled 330ml. -Amberish coloured, small off-white head, some plastic in the nose. Strong earthy, light beety, plastic and some acidity with herbal touch in the finish. Infection as hell and undrinkable. BBE is 30.12.2023

Bottled 330ml. -Unclear yellow coloured, medium sized white head, light yeast and vegetables in the nose. Acidic yeasty, vegetables, touch of milky coriander and sharp acidic finish. Infected.

Mustata blonde 25 lei Smell-weak hops. Foam-weak hops, malt, bitter tones. Small white head. Sticks. Appeara-simppe label, stialized. Taste-weak hops, bitter tones, hoppy aftertaste. OK beer, but nothing over the top.

Unser letztes Bier der Brauerei ist jenes, das unter dem komischen Titel French Amber Ale firmiert. Auch dieses war schon alt, hatte aber noch ein paar nette getreidige Noten zu bieten. Ich würde es auch in die Kategorie leichtes Sommerbier geben, aber mit feinen Gewürznoten, die gut gelungen sind.

Das blonde Moustache-Bier war auch abgelaufen und jenes, das es am wenigsten ausgehalten hat. Im frischen Zustand ist es wohl sehr urig und süffig zu trinken. Gerne würde ich es noch einmal probieren.

Das Weißbier aus Brașov hat die Lagerung leider auch nicht gut vertragen, aber auch hier lassen sich nette Aromen nach Koriander und (frischer) Hefe erkennen. An einem heißen Sommertag kann ich es mir sehr gut vorstellen.

Mein erstes rumänisches BIer seit langer Zeit und mein erstes Bier aus dem Land, das den Titel Craftbier hat. Es war leider zum Verkostungszeitpunkt schon gekippt, aber davon ließen sich die intensiven Hopfennoten unterkriegen. Im frischen Zustand ist es offensichtlich sehr hopfig-spritzig. Nicht übel.
